Responsibilities As a Cost Engineering College Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cost estimation, pricing automation, data analysis, and project controls within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to apply analytical, financial, and engineering concepts to real-world business operations in support of complex infrastructure and technology projects. Qualifications Responsibilities Assist in developing and automating cost estimating tools and processes. Support pricing analysis and standardization for various engineering and construction projects. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to reconcile contract values and scopes. Contribute to the organization and optimization of SharePoint-based project tracking and documentation systems. Perform data analysis to identify cost trends and support decision-making for project planning and execution. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project estimation accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is a plus. Interest in cost engineering, project management, or business operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Abilities Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. Sitting for extended periods of time. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
