The Rental Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching field technicians to job sites and other branch locations as needed. Responsibilities include: Continuous communication with customers, sales team, branches, field technicians and haul drivers Open, review, and close work orders Daily updates for SmartSheet Dispatch haul trucks and field technicians Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders Position requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service skills Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strongly preferred experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Previous dispatch experience Forklift experience Knowledge of CAT equipment Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers Check out the Mustang Cat Anthem to see our mission in action!
