What you'll be doing...In this role you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and providing ongoing support to drive lead volume and growth for ACD - Alternate Channel Distribution Fios MTU (Multi-tenant unit) . In this role, you will have an assigned territory aligned to Indirect Agents. Within your assigned partner/s you will be responsible for acting as the strategic point of contact and representing all things Verizon for your partners. The role's primary focus will be on engaging in activities that increase participation (quality leads) from your hybrid wireline & wireless partners. You will be providing updates on business initiatives, training, and progress updates at different levels to your hybrid wireline & wireless partners. This means you'll be tailoring your communication style based on the audience in order to achieve maximum results. Being a part of this team means that you will manage multiple complex key initiatives and programs, meet aggressive deadlines, and be held accountable to high expectations on the execution of those programs.
