WHAT WE OFFER Paid Time Off Medical Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts Critical Illness/Accident Coverage Life Insurance Short & Long-term Disability 401(K) Profit Sharing Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement Paid Holidays ABOUT THE JOB Teach, coach, train Lean systems and Lean Thinking across all levels of the organization Track, monitor and report results for key lean initiatives across the organization Assess, coach and provide constructive feedback to teams to strengthen lean competencies and organizational development Serve as a change manager by influencing organizational leadership in the transformation to an Operational Excellence culture Identify opportunities within site and departmental processes and mentor to apply best practices and execute change that links improvement to the Strategic initiatives Utilize data and KPIs to identify priorities and ensure goals are achieved Facilitate training sessions that will optimize processes, practices, and influence the thinking regarding Problem Solving Evaluate site and departments through the Maturity Assessment as a part of the assessment team. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in engineering is required Lean practitioner that possesses experience with Toyota Production System or similar industry recognized Lean training Background in program or change management or a proven record of developing organizational change is required Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Possess personal accountability and be a self-starter with passion for continuous improvement Ability to work effectively and develop relationships with all levels of employees, management, vendors, and Shareholders Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, MS Project, and statistical tools such as Minitab or SPC for Excel) Willingness to travel up to 40-50% of the time Excellent written and oral communication skills Wis-Pak/WP Beverage is an equal opportunity employer that complies with EEOC rules and regulations.
