However, any non-permanent employee hired to work 30 or more hours per week for three months or more (cumulative of all positions, and not designated as variable hour worker), must be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, within 30 days of their eligibility. Any non-permanent employee hired to work less than 30 hours per week (cumulative of all positions, or designated as variable hour worker - i.e. student workers) are measured during designated measurement periods. If they average 30 or more hours per week over a designated measurement period, they will be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, and will be notified of instructions.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, nights and weekends as needed.
This position requires regular, weekend, and evening hours and is in-person, on-campus. |
Pay Rate |
$9.00/Hour |
Minimum Experience/Education |
An undergraduate degree is preferred - preferably in Video Production, Digital Media Arts, Communication Studies. |
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education: |
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite programs (After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop)
- Video editing and Graphics Animations
- Understanding of Social Media trends
- Camera experience (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema, ENG, Camcorder)
- Understanding of lights and lighting composition
- Understanding of Audio equipment (Lavaliers, Shotgun Mics, External Audio recorders)
- Understanding of live video production/web streaming
- Individual must be self-motivated
- Individual must be creative
- Individual must have clear communication skills
- Work samples, Demo Reels, Website link, Portfolio link should be provided and are highly recommended for consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities |
- The individual chosen will serve as the video production assistant and report directly to, the Director of Video Services.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Video needs of assigned sports
- Content creation for social media channels
- Assist in equipment setup/ implementation of online streaming
- Assist with content creation such as but not limited to hype/ intro/ commercial/interviews
- Shoot video highlights at home sporting events
- Log videos onto the Digital Video Archive
- Edit video/b-roll/highlights/audio for website and social media use
- Weekend and evening hours will be required
