Responsible for managing orders and inquiries for exhibitor services events, updating exhibitor information in the CRM system, processing sales refund requests, documenting tax-exempt customers, executing marketing email blasts, handling equipment orders for onsite teams, and providing remote support for app-only events.

Education or Equivalent Work Experience Required/Preferred: Preferred Type of Degree: Bachelors Area of Study (Optional) Years of Experience 0 - 2 years Qualifications 1. Customer service experience with strong written, oral, organizational, analytical and communication skills 2. Ability to handle challenging situations and multiple tasks simultaneously and perform within tight time constraints 3. Experience in a sales operations environment directly supporting sales representatives with technical issues and deal closing activities preferred 4. Interpersonal skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, and management 5. Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 products Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 6. Backend administration in Smartsheet a plus 7. Hands on knowledge of DotDigital email marketing suite a plus 8.
