Position Summary: The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for managing quality engineers and technicians to support all quality functions related to manufacturing. This will be split between actual engineering and day to day management of the quality team including development and training of the quality engineers regarding design, testing, and evaluating integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. This will also include hiring and performance management of the quality team while assisting the Quality Manager with significant quality issues. Essential Functions: * Responsible for oversight of audits and audit preparation for both customers and accrediting agencies (Nadcap/AS9100) Required Skills: * Demonstrated ability to develop, relentlessly execute and deliver results in conformance with action plans. Desired Skills: * Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience & Education * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Material Sc. or related Engineering field. MS or MBA degree is desirable.
