$21.00 an hour. Your Journey, Their Inspiration: As a Crisis Intervention Case Manager, you'll be a guiding light for youth navigating difficult paths. You will support youth in navigating conflict and resolving conflict within their families and communities to create greater stability. You will support youth in identifying their own needs and goals and helping them to achieve those by being a safe and supportive adult who can guide and hold thoughtful accountability. What You'll Do: Be a role model: model healthy communication, problem solving and conflict resolution to support young people in building strong and stable permanent connections.
