Your Journey, Their Inspiration:

As a Crisis Intervention Case Manager, you'll be a guiding light for youth navigating difficult paths. You will support youth in navigating conflict and resolving conflict within their families and communities to create greater stability. You will support youth in identifying their own needs and goals and helping them to achieve those by being a safe and supportive adult who can guide and hold thoughtful accountability.

What You'll Do:

Be a role model: model healthy communication, problem solving and conflict resolution to support young people in building strong and stable permanent connections.
Facilitate Healing and Growth: Support young people in connecting with their guardians or other safe community members to facilitate shared agreements and health conflict resolution.
Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with other service providers, agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each young person.
Document the Journey: Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring that our programs have the data they need to thrive and continue serving those who need it most.

Qualifications:

Passion for working with young people to create stability.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license, access to an automobile, and active auto insurance

Any candidate deemed viable for this position based on resources and resume submission will be contacted to participate in a screen interview to discuss interest and job compatibility. Of those screened, advancing candidates will be asked to participate in a subsequent interview or interviews to evaluate job qualifications and interest further.
