As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a versatile role combining administrative support, operational assistance, and basic analytical tasks. Working in a fast-paced environment, you manage administrative tasks, assist with transaction account processes, and contribute to team efficiency. You must be organized, flexible, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude. You'll interact with all levels of personnel, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while providing crucial support to drive sales performance and team success.

Administrative Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute expense reports on a regular and timely basis
* Create and maintain filing system and efficient information retrieval system
* Full calendar management and meeting coordination for internal stakeholders and external clients
* Coordinate travel arrangements
* Provide support to team in technology applications, i.e., Adobe/PDF, MS Office applications and other company supported programs
* Perform clerical duties to include photocopying, mailing and scanning documents
* Prompt and consistent attendance as required by the job
* Office facilities maintenance - food/beverage program, printer maintenance

Business Related Responsibilities:
* Create and partner closely with our Marketing team on all internal and external marketing deliverables

* Attend client meetings and interface with clients and property management partners to collect and manage property information

* Organize and coordinate property marketing events
* Assist team in drafting lease proposals and coordinate business development pursuits and proposals
* Periodically assist with showing space
* Take videos or pictures of property listings
* Manage social media accounts and come up with creative content and/or posts
* Manage listing agreements
* Manage deal closure processes and invoicing
* Creating email campaigns and maintaining the brokers contact lists
* Assist team with preparing and updating client reports
* Preparing market survey's, tour books and other relevant documents
* Assist with market research and data compilation to support sales initiatives
* Work with CoStar, as well as other databases to maintain accurate listing/brokerage information.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Real Estate Sales License (or to obtain within 90 days)
* Excellent project management ability
* Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn and develop problem-solving skills
* Eagerness to learn new skills
* Ability to work with and interpret basic data sets
* Must be able to delegate effectively, be organized, resources, flexible, task-oriented/driven to closure and ability to succeed under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
