DIRECTOR PLANT OPERATIONS

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Plant Operations to join our team!

Foundations for Living is a leading residential treatment facility dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals struggling with various mental health and substance abuse issues. The Director of Plant Operations (DPO) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility's physical infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of essential services. The DPO will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. In this hands on position, you will develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the facility's infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential components.
As well as, oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

The Director of Plant Operations positions requires:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare or residential treatment setting. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Strong understanding of building systems, regulations, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
