The Treasury Management Project Specialist will support the Treasury Management Manger in a variety of ways. This position will provide skilled and knowledgeable assistance with treasury management solutions and perform a variety of support activities in relation to new department initiatives. The Specialist will be responsible for project management and will need to ensure projects are managed efficiently and remain on track. The Specialist will also service as an intermediary between several internal bank departments. The Treasury Management Project Specialist will also be required to work directly with some of the bank's clients as they will be responsible for special account type requests such as Deposit Account Control Agreements and Escrow Accounts.

Essential duties and responsibilities:



  • Facilitates and manages onboarding of specialized client agreements such as DACA and Escrow Accounts.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and project management skills.
  • Responsible for gathering pertinent information required for the preparation and or coordination of all agreements as well as making sure customer executes and returns agreements.
  • Partners with internal implementations and operations departments to ensure new services are established correctly and timely and that customer issues are addressed in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Creates and delivers sales presentations, explains services offered, and makes recommendations based on client needs.
  • Identify product improvements and solutions by communicating client and prospect needs and participating in the development of new services or modifications of existing services.
  • Assist Relationship Managers and Personal Banking Officers in onboarding clients by accompanying them to a client site to provide product expertise, providing a response to a client's request for proposal, preparing client applications, agreements, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with implementation of new products and services for the client in a timely manner as well as train the clients in the appropriate use of the products. Also, provide notice of upcoming customer reviews by providing information necessary to their review, assisting with any questions, and following up for a timely response.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and problems related to Treasury Management and Electronic Banking questions and problems, or refer client to appropriate party. Follow up with clients or internal staff as necessary until the problem is resolved to the client's satisfaction.


Salary Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
