We're looking for an A&R Scout to join our team and help shape the future of music. In this role, you'll be on the frontlines-digging deep (online and offline) to discover artists who should be part of the AWAL family. You'll work closely with the A&R team to bring exciting, original talent into the fold. Your mission: look where others aren't, consider what others haven't, and champion artists who truly matter. There's no playbook here-we value instincts, taste, and the hustle to find what's next before it breaks. While the role is based in the U.S., your reach is global.
