Click here to learn more about Group Benefits solutions. Role Overview: Reporting to the Paid Statutory Product Manager, this position will support our paid statutory leave products. In this role, you will partner with the paid statutory product manager to understand program requirements, understand the impacts to New York Life Group Benefit Solutions and work with internal partners overseeing implementation of these products. You will work collaboratively with cross matrix partners to gather intelligence about the product, opportunities to inform product development and improve implementation. Working with the paid statutory product manager, you will leverage competitive insights, market knowledge and business acumen to support the vision for paid statutory products and services to maximize value of the product. You will work with marketing and distribution partners to assist in developing materials to support education and sales of the paid statutory products. What You'll Do:

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
