Position Title: Benefits and System Manager Location: Green River, WY Department: Human Resources Reports To: VP of Human Resources FLSA Status: Exempt Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: WE Soda is seeking an experienced Benefits and Systems Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the administration of employee benefits and the coordination of people-related programs tied to those benefits at our Green River, Wyoming facility. The Manager will ensure accurate and compliant delivery of benefits and HR processes, while supporting a positive employee experience. This is a fully on-site position in an industrial setting, requiring close collaboration with plant staff, HR leadership, and the Global Compliance Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities: Benefits Administration: * Administer and support WE Soda's employee benefits programs, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness plans. People Operations & Workforce Support: * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment, orientation, and exit reviews. Compliance & Global Coordination: * Ensure all benefits and HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Skills, Ability and Educational Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Preferred Qualifications: * Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS). Work Environment and Physical Demands: This is a full-time, on-site role located at WE Soda's Green River facility. Occasional movement through industrial workspaces is required; PPE will be provided as needed.
