EXCITED TO GROW YOUR CAREER? WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE! The Director, Compensation manages the organization's compensation function and administration of related programs and policies. This role provides direction for the Corporate Compensation Department and guidance to the executive leadership team.

30% - Base Salary Design and Administration

  • Provides strategic oversight of base salary administration, leading the design and execution of core programs including annual merit planning, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay structure development. Drives data-informed decisions through effective use of salary surveys and benchmarking, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.

30% - Incentive Compensation Design and Administration

  • Leads the strategic design and continuous optimization of annual bonus programs, ensuring they effectively support business priorities and drive performance. Collaborates closely with People and Development to align pay and performance objectives.

20% - Strategic Compensation Projects

  • Leads and supports special compensation projects, delivering advanced modeling and in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making by executive leadership.

20% - Sales Compensation Design and Administration

  • Provides consultative support on the design of sales commission plans that align with business objectives and drive desired sales behaviors.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • 8 - 10 yrs experience with corporate compensation, designing incentive plans and sales comp plans for complex and unique business models.

  • Certified Sales Comp Professional (CSCP) and/or Certified Comp Professional (CCP) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Payfactors, or other compensation management software, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
