You will assess and treat a variety of cardiopulmonary conditions using a broad range of advanced modalities, including aerosol therapies, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, and high-flow oxygen therapy. Whether you're caring for patients in critical care, performing diagnostics, or gaining specialized skills in areas like pulmonary function testing or NICU support, you'll find both autonomy and collaboration here.

This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow. If you're looking to join a progressive team that values evidence-based practice, top-tier equipment, and professional development, you'll find your purpose here-every breath of the way.

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, from neonates to adults.

  • Administer treatments such as aerosol therapy, BIPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen, and ventilator management in accordance with clinical protocols and departmental standards.

  • Accurately document all procedures, assessments, and interventions in a timely manner to ensure continuity and quality of care.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to evaluate patient needs and modify care plans accordingly.

  • Participate in advanced training opportunities including NICU support, pulmonary function testing, discharge navigation, and bronchoscopies.

  • Support a culture of safety, continuous learning, and professional growth by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and seeking feedback.

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills while working both independently and as part of a team.
