CCTV Service Technician - Surveillance, Installs & Programming \| TEKsystems's Client Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for surveillance systems and a sharp eye for detail? TEKsystems's client is hiring two CCTV Service Technicians to support, monitor, and maintain advanced security systems across correctional facilities. This role is heavily focused on CCTV monitoring, with additional responsibilities in system installs and light programming-making it ideal for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and system-level troubleshooting. One role is a 6-month contract The other is a 6-month contract-to-hire (CTH) What You'll Be Doing * Actively support CCTV systems across multiple secure facilities. * Respond to service tickets for break/fix issues, including camera and cable troubleshooting. * Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and system upgrades. * Assist with installing new CCTV equipment and configuring system settings. * Conduct basic programming of surveillance and access control systems. * Maintain detailed service logs and ensure system uptime and performance. What We're Looking For * Minimum 3 years of hands-on service experience (not just installation). * Strong experience in CCTV monitoring, access control, and security systems. * Experience with system installs and basic programming/configuration. * Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
