Lead Access Control Installer - Join the Experts at TEKsystems! Are you a skilled installer ready to take the lead on high-impact security projects? TEKsystems is hiring a Lead Access Control Installer to join our growing team in Middle Tennessee. If you've got hands-on experience with door strikes, mag locks, and commercial security systems-and you're ready to lead-we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do: * Install and test access control systems (door strikes, mag locks) * Cut and fit hardware for clean, secure installations * Troubleshoot and maintain security systems * Collaborate with clients to meet their security needs * Travel to job sites (company vehicle, gas card, phone & laptop provided) What You Bring: * Experience with access control and alarm systems * Strong troubleshooting and installation skills * Ability to read technical diagrams * Valid driver's license (DMV check required) * Some programming exposure (willing to learn more) Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Security certifications * Experience in commercial environments * Great communication and customer service skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
