Inventory Coordinator (Electronics Manufacturer)

FlexStaff is seeking is seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator, to work for one of our clients, an electronics manufacturer, located in Melville, NY.

This is a permanent, full-time job, Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule, day shift.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and issuing materials and supplies as needed while maintaining an accurate inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and place into stock all material from the Receiving Department.
• Check goods received against bills of lading, purchase orders, or other documents to ensure accuracy.
• Record all stock using appropriate recording forms or computerized databases.
• Sort, count, and verify raw materials, finished products, semi-finished parts, and kits.
• Disburse material upon presentation of properly executed stock requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels by deducting materials sent out from the total on hand.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of related experience. Electronics experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
