Hospitality Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Services:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.

• Answer guest inquiries regarding services, facilities, and general information.

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

1. Food and Beverage Service:

• Assist with setting up and maintaining buffet stations, dining areas,
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry moderate weights, stand or walk for extended periods.
