  • Level 2: Estimated annual base pay:
  • Total Base Pay Range : 80,480.00 - 100,600.00 - 120,720.00 USD Annual
  • Level 3: Estimated annual base pay:
  • Total Base Pay Range: $98,400.00 (minimum) - $123,000.00 (midpoint) - $147,600.00 (maximum)
  • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Test Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Test Engineer reports to Technical Leadership and whose focus is performing design and support of moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment, possible mentoring to other Engineers and supporting process improvements. This position works under a moderate to low level of supervision. Independent technical decisions on work are covered by precedents; this position seeks direction/guidance on novel or controversial problems.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Works assigned tasks to meet schedule and may coordinate details with other departments
  • Recognizes problems which are beyond capabilities and is learning from the experts in the area
  • Performs work that involves the use of conventional engineering practices and standards
  • Designs, supports, improves and tests low to moderate complexity test systems and equipment. Ensures designs meet testability and reliability criteria
  • Participates in process improvements on a project
  • Participates in creation and evaluation of new product test requirements and provides estimates for new test equipment

What We Are Looking For:

Level 2:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical/Science Discipline
  • 0-2 years Professional Experience in related field
  • National Instruments, Lab View, Test Standard Certificate

Level 3:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical/Science Discipline
  • 0-2 years Professional Experience in related field
  • National Instruments, Lab View, Test Standard Certificate
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt training-strongly preferred
