Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value and support our cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data science, software engineering, and ML algorithms, and is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring high quality for modeling and analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends, research advancements, and best practices in AI and ML to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability, robustness, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Establish evaluation metrics to assess model performance and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Document code, model iterations, and methodologies; provide detailed reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and scaling.

• Experience with deep learning techniques and neural network architectures.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Exposure to big data technologies and data pipeline development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
