Job Overview The Safety Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of safety-related programs and initiatives across the organization. This role blends deep knowledge of safety principles with strong project management expertise to ensure that safety programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Highlights of your role Program & Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of safety program introduction, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Partner with site safety teams, operations leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to align program objectives with business needs. - Use safety data and analytics to identify trends, prioritize initiatives, and measure program effectiveness. - Identify opportunities to streamline safety processes and enhance program efficiency. - Ensure programs align with internal safety standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA), and industry best practices. Compensation $98,000 to $130,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) - 5+ years of experience in safety, operations, or project/program management.
