Digital Application Administrator

Daikin Applied is seeking a Digital Application Administrator! In this exciting role, you will monitor the performance, usage, and overall system health of our critical digital applications. On a daily basis, you will provide Tier 1 and 2 analysis and response to service requests submitted by application users, as well as work with cross-functional team members to analyze, troubleshoot and solve application issues. This role requires stellar communication skills, and a strong desire to work as part of a team dedicated to outstanding customer service and results. What you will do:

• Assist with monitoring application health, performance, and usage using established company procedures
• Perform assigned application configuration tasks as directed
• Follow established change control procedures for all changes applied to application
• Perform assigned user and role management tasks as directed
• Provide routine end user support via phone or email for the application
• Execute application audit procedures, queries, and reports as requested
• Provides Tier 1 and 2 analysis and response to service requests submitted by application users
• Work with application developers, DBAs, vendors, and/or Infrastructure team members to analyze, troubleshoot and solve application issues
• Assist in the development of application documentation and procedures for end users
• Assist in the development of training curriculums
• Assist application developers, DBAs and business analysts with testing of upgrades, new releases, and other application changes as directed
• Perform application administrative tasks in support of IT and business projects
• Perform other application support activities as directed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required
• Be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position)
• Live in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro area
• 3+ Years of professional experience in IT/Digital Application Administration or technical support positions
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong workload management and organizational skills

The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $31.73 to $50.77 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
