Receptionist/Office & Accounting Assistant
Position Identification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Accounting Manager Position Summary: CE Reeve is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist / Office & Accounting Assistant to support daily front office and accounting operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, varied work environment and is committed to maintaining a professional and organized workplace. Job Functions:
- Welcome and log visitors; manage front desk and lobby area
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Order, track, and restock office and kitchenette supplies
- Coordinate travel and lodging for both field and office staff
- Support preparation of reports, internal documents, and administrative materials
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, assist with shipping, and maintain bid logs
- Perform accounting support tasks including data entry, invoice matching, AP/AR, and reconciliations
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of all information
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):
- 2+ years in an administrative, receptionist, or accounting support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- Experience with data entry preferred
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience coordinating travel or field logistics
- Familiarity with purchase orders and vendor coordination
- Self-starter attitude with strong teamwork and adaptability
- Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting
