Product Manager (temporary)

We're seeking a Product Manager - Accessories to help drive the growth and success of a key product line throughout its lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in product or marketing roles-especially someone who's passionate about digital marketing and eager to take ownership of projects that make a real impact. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support product improvements, market strategy, and go-to-market execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the day-to-day product lead for a line of medical accessories, supporting internal teams and customer needs.
  • Help manage the product lifecycle, including enhancements and updates to existing products.
  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, website content, social media strategy, email marketing, and performance tracking.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as product sheets, FAQs, training presentations, and online content.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and prioritize customer feedback and market needs.
  • Support field sales with competitive insights, sales tools, and product training resources.
  • Assist with ongoing marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Gain familiarity with the full product portfolio to support broader business goals.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Job responsibilities may evolve based on business priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in product management or marketing, ideally within the medical device or healthcare space
  • Familiarity with downstream marketing concepts is a plus
  • Previous exposure to sales or clinical environments is helpful but not required
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., CMS, email automation, analytics tools)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and ability to support data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable working both independently and in team settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant tools

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
