Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Partner to join our growing IronSpire Group at Crowe team. IronSpire Group at Crowe provides a collection of boutique services to America's most affluent families. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly specialized practice focused on providing sophisticated estate, gift, and trust tax consulting, compliance, and controversy services to ultra-high net worth individuals and families.

As a strategic leader in this practice, you will help drive innovation and growth, build deep client relationships, and contribute thought leadership to an elite team serving some of the most complex and rewarding client situations in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor delivering strategic estate, gift, and trust tax solutions to ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Lead and manage multiple client service teams across consulting, compliance, and controversy engagements.
  • Provide technical oversight and risk management on complex tax matters, ensuring exceptional quality and compliance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, relationship development, and market insight.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop next-generation leaders within the practice.
  • Collaborate with fellow Partners to align growth strategies, share insights, and leverage firmwide capabilities.
  • Remain at the forefront of estate, gift and trust legislative and regulatory developments impacting private clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law; advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA or JD required.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, law, or family office environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in estate, gift & trust taxation, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, mentoring professionals, and leading complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, inspire, and lead.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of growing client relationships and revenue streams.
  • Demonstrated collaboration across service lines and ability to innovate in client service delivery.

At Crowe, we offer competitive compensation that reflects the value of the role and the qualifications of our candidates. The salary range for this role considers various factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The salary range provided is an estimate, with actual pay within this range determined by your specific qualifications and experience. The salary range for this job is: $200,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year.
