About the Role

You will collaborate to execute programs that drive business growth and customer advocacy. You will help others to develop and hone their skills to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Financial Education Consultants located throughout the country who deliver financial education and support to plan participants.
  • Partnering with the client and the broader Alight client delivery team to meet the contractual Onsite Education Program requirements and goals.
  • Assisting in the development of Onsite Education supervisory procedures. Accountable for ensuring that policies and client/participant interactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serving as an escalation point and liaison between plan participants, the client and Alight.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive measurement and reporting systems to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitating open communication between Education Consultants, clients and Alight by providing positive and constructive feedback as needed. Audit workshops and one-on-one meetings on a regular basis.
  • Developing, training, and mentoring Education Consultants.
  • Delivering monthly Onsite Education Program reporting.
  • Assisting in the development and updating of presentation materials for the Onsite Education program (dedicated and ad hoc).
  • Initiating ideas and leading discussions with clients for improvements to the Onsite Education program.
  • Assisting with management of internal and client projects for the ad hoc education team.
  • Delivering in-person workshops, webinars, and pre-recorded videos as needed.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert for all financial services products and core lines of business offered through Alight.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in the financial services/retirement benefits industry.
  • Have experience in delivering financial education workshops to individuals or employees.
  • Have experience in a financial call center and excellent in-person presentation skills will be considered.
  • Have experience managing a team of licensed representatives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing/coaching others (3 years).
  • Have experience handling escalations and complaints (2 years).
  • Series 6/7 and 65/66 securities licenses required.
  • Series 24 required within 6 months of hire.
  • Prior project management and organizational skills required.
  • Display advanced designations such as CFP or CRPC preferred.
  • Defined contribution and defined benefit plan experience preferred.
  • Compliance, regulatory and legislative knowledge in investment advice and financial education preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as agreed upon by clients and Alight Solutions on an ongoing basis.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

103,500.00 USD

Maximum :

126,500.00 USD
