Description Virtual Tellers are responsible for greeting customers virtually and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment. Duties also include processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment as well as maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and an interactive teller machine ("ITM") while adhering to policies and procedures. Position Requirements: *Full Time- OKC -Onsite Required shift: Full Time position -Onsite position/ Shift Hours 12pm to 9pm (M-F) Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday. $5.00/Shift differentials are available for certain hours: Monday through Friday from 6pm - 9pm p.m. Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p. Very outgoing, assertive and confident plus maintain an enthusiastic personality Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations.
