The RBC Economics team is expanding and is currently seeking a motivated individual to join the growing US economics team, based in New York City. This role will report to the head of US economics, and be part of the broader global economics team. We are looking for someone with a proven interest in financial markets; history of academic excellence; and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The role will be required to be on-site with the opportunity for hybrid schedules upon the completion of a probationary period. The typical working hours will be 7:30am - 5:30pm. The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$105,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
