As Principal Product Manager for Growth & Customer Lifecycle, you'll own the complete user lifecycle-from that first moment of activation through long-term engagement and retention. You'll lead the team responsible for turning our industry-leading AI assistant into an indispensable part of every CPA's daily workflow.

About the Role:

Drive Growth Through Data-Driven Experimentation

  • Design and execute experiments to optimize user activation, engagement, and retention across our AI assistant platform

  • Identify growth levers through deep analysis of user behavior and business metrics

  • Build a culture of rapid experimentation and learning within your team

Own the Complete Customer Lifecycle

  • Define and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from entitlement through onboarding to renewal

  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and accelerated time-to-value

  • Build systems and processes that scale with our rapid growth

Lead Through Insights

  • Transform complex user data into actionable product insights and strategic recommendations

  • Establish metrics frameworks and dashboards that drive decision-making across the organization

  • Champion a systems thinking approach to solve interconnected growth challenges

About You:

Growth Expertise

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on activation and retention

  • Proven track record driving growth at B2B SaaS companies with enterprise sales motions

  • Deep experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and statistical analysis

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong data analysis capabilities with hands-on experience in analytics tools

  • Systems thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complex business processes

  • AI fluency: you actively use AI tools in your daily workflow and understand their potential

Leadership & Mindset

  • Entrepreneurial ownership mentality with a bias toward action

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels

  • Curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving with comfort in ambiguous situations

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $134,680 - $250,120.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $116,900 - $217,100.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
