 Job Title: Cost Controller / Project Controls Manager
  Location: Atlanta, GA (Relocation assistance available)
  Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 Job Description:
  Our client, a leader in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Cost Controller / Project Controls Manager to support financial oversight and performance reporting for capital projects. This role is based in Atlanta, GA and will focus on cost control, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for complex project portfolios. Key Responsibilities: 
 
  
 
 Support the development of capital budgets across multiple projects 
 
 Compile, interpret, and report financial and project data to assess performance and forecast results 
 
 Conduct variance analysis and explain financial trends to project stakeholders 
 
 Identify cost reduction opportunities and present recommendations to leadership 
 
 Develop and maintain cost metrics and reporting tools to monitor key cost drivers 
 
 Generate monthly capital reports for executive and project leadership 
 
 Create visual presentations (charts, dashboards, metrics) to summarize financial and project data 
 
 Work cross-functionally with operations, construction, and finance teams to gather inputs and improve processes 
 
 Support staffing plans and resource modeling for project execution 
 
 Perform ad hoc financial and cost analysis as needed 
  
 
 
Qualifications: 
 
  
 
 Bachelor's degree required 
 
 5+ years of experience in cost control or project controls, ideally in the energy sector 
 
 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred 
 
 Experience compiling financial data and reporting for capital projects 
 
 Solid communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and present to leadership
