- This is a Flex position for 9-11 months per year; you can use your off months to travel or visit friends and family

Physical Stamina: This role demands strong physical endurance, including frequent lifting of up to 70 pounds and navigating uneven terrain while carrying tools and equipment. As a supervisor, you'll set the example, ensuring the team can handle the physical demands of snowmaking operations effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate snowmaking equipment and perform trail cutting, road preparation, and building site work.
- Conduct maintenance on associated equipment.
- Provide labor support as required.
- Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Maintain exceptional skiing terrain standards.
- Provide guests with relevant information upon request, including details about trails, dining options, weather forecasts, and upcoming events.
- Monitor and relocate various snowmaking guns.
- Adhere to OSHA and company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Attend regular safety training sessions and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Move snowmaking equipment to expand skiable terrain and maintain existing areas.
- Assist with water and air line repairs.
- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed eating, and brush clearing.
- Implement irrigation and erosion control measures.
- Communicate with compressor house operators regarding gun status and relocation.
- Report unsafe trail conditions to the Supervisor.
Driving:
- Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Snowmaker or in a similar role.
- Completion of ATV safety course, snowmobile safety course (if licensed), and snow science course is preferred, but not required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
