Description

Medica is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across the organization, with a focus in Finance, Healthcare Analytics, and Technology. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and securing top-tier talent while serving as a strategic consultant to business leaders. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of industry trends, a passion for relationship-building, and a commitment to excellence in candidate experience.

Key Accountabilities:



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce planning
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide detailed evaluations and recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering market insights, talent trends, and best practices throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to develop and extend competitive offers
  • Deliver a consistent recruitment experience while partnering with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Coordination, Position Management and other stakeholders to successfully align talent, support leaders and deliver on talent strategies
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with external organizations, universities, and industry groups to enhance talent pipelines
  • Research and recommend industry best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes
  • Champion an inclusive hiring approach, ensuring equitable candidate experiences and outcomes
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in corporate recruiting required
  • Healthcare experience helpful, however not required
  • Experience recruiting for roles within Finance, Healthcare Analytics, and/or Technology required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and hiring practices

  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Proven ability to assess talent and influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics


This position is a hub-based role which requires onsite presence. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must reside within a commuting distance to one of the following office locations: Madison WI or Minnetonka MN. Onsite frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership and may be up to 2-3 days a week.

The full salary range for this position is $77,100 - $132,200. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
