Make an Impact

Fossil Group is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to assist in the development for Fossil Watches.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assist team with management of product through all stages of product lifecycle (concept to market) while maintaining price, quality, and delivery standards
  • Attend weekly meetings to review samples and address quality issues
  • Partner with cross-functional design, brand, marketing, planning, and packaging teams
  • Generate go-to-market materials including technical spec sheets and product attribute materials
  • Utilize PLM & SAP systems to maintain product through the development cycle and new style set-ups
  • Sample management throughout the entire development cycle
  • Implement new instructions needed for packaging, instruction, and warranty manuals up to completion and shipment with product
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Fossil Hong Kong office and factories to ensure project accuracy and pricing expectations
  • Maintain pricing with factories to meet overall margin goal

Your Skills


  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Development, Fashion Merchandising or a similar discipline strongly preferred
  • Must have excellent attention to detail while multi-tasking across multiple seasons
  • Ability to prioritize and meet essential deadlines
  • Collaboration and familiarity with cross-functional partnerships
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with a focus in Excel and Google programs
  • Experienced with Adobe InDesign a plus
  • Familiarity with PLM & SAP systems is a plus
