YOUR ROLE:
We're seeking a strategic thinker with some experience working in marketing, advertising customer experience and/or CRM, a passion for interesting brands, and a talent for sparking fresh ideas. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside an interdisciplinary team, other strategists and collaborative clients to create impactful work and further brand growth goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Develop CRM strategies that identify, capture, and nurture consumers across their entire journey with a brand, creating experiences that span across a range of channels, including email, mobile app, direct mail.
  • Conduct primary research and analyze findings from third-party research, mining for insights that help inform strategic plans and creative briefs.
  • Develop creative briefs, brief internal creative teams, and work with them to inspire great work.
  • Devise content and communication strategies that personalize at scale to engage different types of customers.
  • Perform current state analyses including but not limited to market analyses and competitive analyses.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Sciences team to establish measurement and optimization plans.
  • Extract insights and recommendations based on in-market performance readouts of your strategies.
  • Set business rules for integrated campaigns and communicate rules to internal technology teams.
  • Work collaboratively in an interagency team model to build customer experience programs that leverage a multitude of channels, such as web, email, mobile, social and paid media.
  • Present strategic recommendations to agency and client stakeholders.


REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic planning (with a brand, at an agency or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and development of PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strict attention to detail.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
