Corporate Financial Sys Analyst

Under general supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.

Essential Functions

• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice and leadership for the organization in the definition, development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
• Participate in project teams on departmental and corporate initiatives.
• Provides system and network support.
• Maintain training content, end user communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical skills.

Experience with business multidimensional databases, software, web technologies, scripting languages in the business environment.

Quantitative business problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong organizational/time management and planning skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Install applications & tools, Troubleshoot system messages & events, Knowledge of connecting drive mounts & interfaces, Knowledge of batch/shell scripting such as PowerShell or MS-DOS, Knowledge of Structured Query Languages such as MSSQL Knowledge of programming languages such as C# (C-sharp), Python or Visual-C Experience with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) and 4GL systems such as Archer or OnSpring

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: This position is located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., & Pittsburgh, PA. The monthly U.S. pay range for Memphis is 5,152.82 - 8,244.52, Plano & Pittsburgh 5,424.03 - 8,678.44.

Additional Details: Relocation and Sponsorship may be available depending on business needs.
