The purpose of this role is to lead sales, service, and customer activities for the Employee Benefits business line

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Management
* Formulate long-term, strategic plans, which involve uncertainty and impacts the whole organization
* Responsible for the financial resources and physical assets across the line of business
* Direct the line of business in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the President, CEO and Board of Directors
* Partner with high-level officers to grow the business, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
* Oversee quality control throughout the line of business
* Measure and report on performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators
* Support leadership teams with expertise in performance management and execution of operational strategies, tactics, and resource navigation for solutions that drive organization effectiveness, including behavior management, change management, employee engagement, and client experience
* Prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise Division President with regard to investment risk and return

New Business
* Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
* Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and revenue goals
* Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address gaps
Retention
* Drive long-term strategic planning for the client services and support functions to improve the overall client service experience and improve productivity and quality
* Understand and asses the quality of relationships with customers and evolving needs
* Regularly analyze processes through the lens of customer feedback, market trends and team observations
* Measure, track and reward improvement successes
* Drive the targeted segmentation of clients and develop staffing models to support the business

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA strongly preferred

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of multi-location operations management experience
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to the field of expertise
  • Advanced communication, sales, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Results-driven and customer focused
