Intelligence Analyst III (Program Manager)

Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a highly qualified Intelligence Analyst III (Program Manager) to lead contract support efforts at Redstone Arsenal. This role includes oversight of analyst teams, program performance, and coordination with key FBI stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform all responsibilities associated with the Intelligence Analyst II role, with expanded leadership and management duties.
  • Direct the daily operations of contractor support personnel assigned to the Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU).
  • Provide strategic program oversight, manage tasks, and monitor performance metrics for the analyst team.
  • Serve as the lead contractor liaison with the FBI and other government partners.
  • Ensure all team-produced intelligence products meet established quality assurance standards.
  • Manage workload distribution, coordinate task assignments, and fulfill reporting obligations.
  • Lead planning and execution of analytical projects that support FBI mission objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • Kickoff meetings
    • Monthly status and financial reports
  • Maintain effective communication with the FBI Contracting Officer and COR (Contracting Officer's Representative).
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of analytical excellence and continuous professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI
  • Polygraph Type: Counterintelligence
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC)
    • At least 3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience
    • At least 3 years working in multidisciplinary or team-based environments
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other writing-intensive roles
    • At least 5 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience
  • Prior service in military, law enforcement, or other federal government roles (non-USIC)
  • Academic or professional background in hard sciences or technical disciplines
  • Experience as a certified release authority for intelligence products
