About the Role:

As a Software Engineering Intern at Contech Engineered Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Solutions: Collaborate with department design engineers to present project-specific solutions to clients. Develop custom software to be used by our internal teams.
• Design Assistance: Assist in the creation of software designs and plans under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely project completion.
• Project Support: Provide support for submittals, production, and product delivery.
• Engineering Standards: Maintain engineering standards and procedures from a development environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate software engineering program or computer science. Candidates must have completed at least two years of college coursework.
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, database management software, C#, .Net or similar languages.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
