Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a forward-thinking Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager to lead the implementation of ISO 19650, ISO 16739 (IFC), and ISO 55000 standards, ensuring structured data delivery, asset integrity, and Uniclass 2015 classification across the asset lifecycle. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success.

Job Responsibilities

As a BIM Manager, you will:



  • Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols aligned with ISO 19650.
  • Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure compliance with information management practices.
  • Define and implement Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
  • Ensure structured data delivery via IFC (ISO 16739) for interoperability and long-term asset use.
  • Integrate BIM data with Asset Management Systems (AMS) in line with ISO 55000 principles.
  • Oversee Uniclass 2015 classification for consistent data structuring.
  • Conduct model audits, data validation, and quality assurance.
  • Support digital twin initiatives and lifecycle data strategies.
  • Train and mentor project teams on BIM best practices.


Required Qualifications:


* US citizenship is required.
* Must have an active Top Secret government clearance.

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 5-7 years in BIM management or digital delivery roles.
  • Expertise in ISO 19650, ISO 16739 (IFC), and ISO 55000 frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Uniclass 2015 and classification systems.
  • Experience with COBie, IFC schema, and structured data delivery.
  • Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, BIM 360/ACC).
  • Knowledge of asset management platforms (e.g., Maximo, Archibus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • BIM certification (e.g., buildingSMART).
  • Experience with digital twin platforms and GIS integration.
  • Expertise in data governance and lifecycle information modeling.
  • ArcGIS, Siemens Building X, and HVHR experience are assets.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 135K-175K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
