Deliver world-class 12V electrical system architectures that set the benchmark for energy efficiency, safety compliance, and seamless vehicle integration, while driving innovation and exceeding customer expectations across global automotive platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Architect 12V Electrical Systems: Drive the end-to-end design and development of robust 12V electrical architectures, ensuring alignment with platform strategies, safety concepts, and customer performance expectations.

Define System Performance and Lifecycle Strategy: Establish and validate system performance parameters across all vehicle phases and operational use cases, guaranteeing seamless energy delivery and system resilience.

Ensure Regulatory and Safety Compliance: Champion the integration of global safety standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 26262, SAE) into 12V system design and validation activities.

Translate Requirements into Technical Deliverables: Lead the conversion of high-level business and regulatory needs into actionable system specifications and component-level targets.

Oversee Supplier and Component Strategy: Direct supplier engagement and component sourcing for critical system elements such as batteries, distribution units, and protective devices, ensuring quality and cost optimization.

Drive Energy Management Innovation: Spearhead the development of predictive energy strategies and system-level functional controls (load balancing, service prioritization) to enhance system performance and customer experience.

Lead Testing and Validation Excellence: Set validation strategies and oversee execution across laboratory and vehicle environments to deliver high-confidence system robustness and customer satisfaction.

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical interface across engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure flawless system integration and program execution.

Resolve System-Level Issues: Lead structured problem-solving initiatives to diagnose and eliminate system performance gaps, leveraging data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

Govern Documentation and Stakeholder Reporting: Author and present high-impact technical reports, system roadmaps, and executive briefings to support informed decision-making and program alignment.

Foster Continuous Innovation and Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes to continuously evolve the company's 12V system capabilities and competitive advantage.

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science or related degree field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in 12V Systems Design, Development and Validation with OEMs or Tier1's.
  • Proven knowledge of electrochemical components and strong understanding of automotive engineering fundamentals, including environmental standards, vehicle electrical and electronic architectures, EMC principles, design validation (FMEA), packaging, and technical drawing verification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation tools.
  • Adept in the usage of Vector CANOE, Matlab, Simulink, Rhapsody.
  • Fluent in English with demonstrated ability to author technical documentation and lead discussions with global suppliers and internal stakeholders across Stellantis and partner organizations worldwide.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science or related degree field.
