Primary Purpose of Position |
The Coordinator of Creative Services provides design services for departments, programs, and facilities for Enrollment Management departments and key Academic Affairs partners. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the creative efforts of Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC)
- Designing digital and print materials to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, as assigned
- Developing and executing original design concepts
- Using Adobe Creative Suite products, such as Illustrator and InDesign, to design and edit assets
- Communicating with campus partners and managing projects through EPC's project management system-Basecamp
- Assisting EPC with content creation efforts across Enrollment Management as needed
- Completing professional training and career development opportunities as available

Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency and two years of visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and two years of visual/graphic arts experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities needed in the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. |

- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Experience in higher education and/or working with students is a plus
