Your Impact
You will be a part of our Human Resources Operations Team based in our Tampa Service Center located in St. Petersburg, FL. The centralized HR Operations team provides HR support to primarily U.S. based colleagues, as well as thought partnership on specialized topics like onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and I-9 reverifications.
The team has a broad scope of responsibility across the HR spectrum and is dedicated to the practice of risk management and continuous operational process improvement. You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, and regional HR teams, and our counterpart HR Operations teams in India and Poland to align on centralized, global HR processes.
As a Senior Human Resources Administrator, you will support the full life cycle of our firm members, managing onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on risk mitigation. You will oversee the administration of various HR processes and programs, including benefits, payroll, and the tuition reimbursement program, collaborating with respective teams to ensure smooth execution. Acting as the first point of contact, you will address inquiries from firm members via email and phone, resolve complex HR issues, and administer general policies in partnership with regional HR teams across the U.S. Additionally, you will manage and maintain accurate data in McKinsey's People Systems, conduct analysis and reporting, and ensure data integrity.
In this role, you will drive continuous process improvement by defining best practices, championing HR projects, and fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. You will assist in training new HR Operations team members and contribute to the growth of the HR Operations function, with opportunities to expand your expertise across the Americas region or globally. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often with varying levels of complexity and priority, while effectively collaborating with stakeholders, including Payroll, Benefits, and regional HR teams.
