The Billing Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring orders are tasked appropriately between different systems. A Billing Support Specialist determines where orders must be tasked to ensure necessary assignment for next steps is completed. The Billing Support Specialist is designed to streamline patient orders to avoid any unnecessary delays. -Calling providers for medical records. -Reviewed records for accuracy. -Obtained needed documents for missing information on records. -Request necessary documentation (chartnotes, prescription request, medical records, etc) to bill Medicare. -Ensuring orders are tasked appropriately between different systems and streamline patient orders. cd *Top Skills Details* oxygen,medical record,Hospital billing,Claim,Medical billing, Emr, brighttree, epic, lcd *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 2 + years of medical records and billing withing DME or Oxygen experience * Ability to take direction * Communicate effectively with customers and employees at all levels of organization. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamically changing organization. * Attention to detail is required. * Ability to work across multiple complex systems and tasks and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. * Effective conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion and judgement. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
