*Description*
Our Financial Services customer out of Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three Executives. This is a 6 months contract to hire. It's open due to a resignation with a three week notice. This is going to move very quickly. What you do, day to day: *Be responsible for the day-to-day assistance of multiple company leaders as well as provide general departmental assistance as needed *Assist with calendar management and travel arrangements for leadership (transportation, hotels, meals, etc.) *Coordinate and prepare for meetings with visitors (building access, conference room booking, room setup, meal orders, reservations, greeting visitors in the lobby, etc.) *Liaise with other administrative assistants globally as needed to organize and prepare for leadership visits, onsites/offsites, conferences, and other events *Coordinate team events and meetings *Plan, control, and monitor the agendas and the attendees of key meetings *Support the onboarding of new hires in coordination with Leaders as well as HR and IT *Maintain office supplies What you bring *University degree preferred or equivalent experience *Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in technology or insurance *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite *Team player mentality *Strong organizational skills; ability to manage various processes and controls *Ability to handle and assess competing or changing priorities *High assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure while staying organized *Communication, facilitation, sales, and conflict management abilities *Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard operating hours *Skills* calendar management, ms teams, ms office suite *Top Skills Details* calendar management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* HS Diploma 5+ years of executive calendar management with multiple execs Would consider less experience if ambitious *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
