*Description*
-Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products via phone and email -Use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of ADP products and systems -Follow up and follow through throughout new projects, requests, and cases -Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, decide on a course of action, and be accountable for actions and decisions -This role is looked as true account on communication with Delivery service providers. (DSP) -The customers are independent business owners and entrepreneurs. -They will be on the phone all day 80%. Break out to team meeting. -There are 3 levels that they can grow in. Understands tied to a desk. -Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance and training as needed. -Meet department standards and metrics *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 2+ years of Customer Service Best vs Average -Multi task, Enterprise. Understand benefit enrollment process. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
