Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Job Description As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner while promptly answering telephone calls. You will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and use. Your role involves efficiently assessing customer needs for products or services, educating patients/clients on medical products and services, fitting and selling medical products and services, processing customer orders, and accurately inputting them into the computer. Maintaining a stocked, clean, organized, and presentable showroom will also be part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities * Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically. * Answer telephone calls promptly. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price, and use. * Efficiently assess customer needs for products or services. * Educate patients/clients on medical products and services. * Fit and sell medical products and services. * Process customer orders and accurately input them into the computer. * Keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable. * Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary. Essential Skills * Strong customer service and support skills. * Proficient in basic computer operations and typing. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Medical background is a plus. * Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. * Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. * Ability to accurately enter data into the computer. * Computer literacy and proficiency in typing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Dalles, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
