What you'll do:

As the newest optometrist on the team, you'll work a full-time schedule, including rotating Saturdays. Week one will include Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., while week two will run Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A typical day will include comprehensive eye exams, managing ocular conditions, and contributing to specialty services with a focus on CRT/OrthoK. With access to state-of-the-art equipment, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Who we're seeking:

The practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate optometrist with excellent patient communication skills, a passion for lifelong learning, and a collaborative spirit who enjoys practicing optometry to the fullest. A candidate with prior clinical experience and an interest in CRT/OrthoK will be a valuable addition to the team, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. Key qualifications include strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities, as well as a solid business aptitude, self-discipline, and the capacity to provide exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate should be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment in their job responsibilities. Candidates should possess a Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) with a Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure and ideally have one to three years of clinical practice experience, along with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
