*This is not long-term and goes through October 8th. There is potential for an extension after that but is NOT guaranteed and is not able to to go to hire. This person who fills this role will not be working and looking to pick up extra work in the meantime. This person will be the sole IT person onsite in New Haven 5 days a week and needs prior imaging/hardware experience.* Description This healthcare client is looking to augment their full time staff with a contractors due to being short staffed. They are constantly growing and expanding therefore there is a lot of project based work such as builds and deployments, and cleanup work. They also need to cover day to day support such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues, or day to day support. (Need to be flexible if they are asked to go to another locations) Therefore they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff. The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi functional printers in clinical areas. Will also respond to customer requests to resolve their issues in person or remotely, via phone and email. Manage user accounts and permissions in AD. Experience required working with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers. Skills Windows, Active Directory, PC Support, Desktop, Office, Desktop, Support Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong documentation and customer service skills. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
